1. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn a 5% commission on every successful order placed through their unique referral link.

  • Commission is calculated based on the final order value after discounts (excluding taxes, shipping fees, and refunds).

2. Minimum Payout Requirement

  • Affiliates can request a payout once their commission balance reaches a minimum of 250 AED (≈ 68 USD).

  • Payout requests below this amount will not be processed.

3. Payment Schedule

  • All payouts are reviewed and approved by our finance team before processing.

  • Payments are made through the currently supported payout methods such as bank transfer or local payment options.

4. Refunds, Chargebacks & Cancellations

  • If an order is refunded, cancelled, or results in a chargeback, the commission for that order will be deducted from the affiliate’s balance.

  • Commissions are only approved after the order is confirmed as completed and non-refundable.

5. Advertising Rules & Brand Usage

To protect our brand identity and ensure high-quality marketing, affiliates must follow the rules below:

5.1 Paid Ads

  • Affiliates are not allowed to run paid advertisements (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc.) using our brand name, product names, domain, or trademarks without prior written permission.

  • Affiliates must contact us before running any paid advertising campaign.

  • Our team must review and approve all ad content (videos, captions, images, targeting, etc.) before the ad goes live.

  • Any unapproved paid advertisement may result in immediate suspension from the program.

5.2 Brand Name Usage

  • Affiliates may not use “Ebkarline”, “Ebkar Trading”, our logo, product images, trademarks, or variations in:

    • Ad headlines

    • Ad captions

    • Sponsored posts

    • Paid promotions
      unless we provide written approval.

5.3 Content Guidelines

  • Any promotional video, creative content, or paid campaign idea must be sent to our team for review before publishing if it will be used for paid promotion.

6. Prohibited Practices

Affiliates are prohibited from:

  • Using misleading or false advertising

  • Self-referrals (using their own referral link)

  • Misrepresenting our brand or products

Violations may lead to suspension or removal.
